Welcome to our small rural school set in the beautiful South Shropshire countryside.
Clunbury School has offered education to children from the 1860's to the present time in the peaceful and picturesque setting of the Clun Valley. We run an open school where parents are welcome to come in and discuss matters with class teachers or the Head. We are keen that there should be close contact between home and school and that partnership between parents, teachers and children should be one of mutual trust.
We aim to create a happy school environment in which each child can realise his or her maximum potential. We offer a wide range of curriculum activities.
We have a recently refurbished our Foundation Stage unit which caters for children from 3 to 5 years of age. The staff and children work closely with Key Stage 1 making the transition into the main school effortless for both parents and children.
We have close contacts with our village church and community.
